Dynamic sit up, strengthens all paddling muscles.

One of my favourite Exercise Paddle Trainer  exercises that strengthens all the paddling muscles and gives a great cardio workout on the PPT . The Dynamic sit up activates all the muscles and stability ,used when paddling SUP or prone .
