PLAN DESCRIPTION
Using the proven JUST PADDLING intensity scale of 5 different Training Zones
The MODERATE TRAINING PLAN will provide you with the same workout structure used by the most successful paddlers in the world.
In this Plan you will use 2 x Interval sessions and 1 x Distance session all progressive weekly.
TARGET PADDLER
This Training Plan is intended for athletes without a competitive paddling background and attempting their first racing season or just getting back into a competitive paddling season after a long break.You should be able to comfortably paddle for at least 30 minutes before you start the plan.
STRENGTH PROGRAM
This Plan comes with an easy to follow Strength Program.
